Hello, I'm fairly new to roll20 and I've been using the dynamic lightning for a few weeks now. I've been wondering is it is possible to make the dynamic lighting white instead of black? I want to create some sort of snowstorm effect.

Unfortunately no - there is no option to change the dynamic lighting masking default color.
