If this is your first time using it, I’d suspect your browser (which should be Chrome or Firefox) has plugins or other 3rd party add ons that are causing it. Try using an Incognito or Private Browsing window to start with.
I am having the same issue, tried three different browsers with cleared cache. This became an issue when I signed up for a paid account. At first it was once out of five, now I can not get in at all.
I would suggest filing a Help Center Request and include a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ). I have seen several reports like this lately, and the devs could likely use more data.
