I can make this! But I may send Thrella as suspect you may need another tank (no offence to the weeb).
I want to join but my highest is Ryck at lvl 2 :(

Have you double-checked Google Calendar? I don't see any slots on the 12th, as this is when I'm away for my birthday. I believe the next unclaimed West Marches slot is 14/01 (PM) or 04/02 (AM) :o
I'll be down. I'm open to any time as long as it's AEST PM or Sat AM for me

I may have to drop out of this I am afraid as Thrella is in Korthos (then tomb diving), Uriel is on Ragemaw duty and Azhad is off to the font! Probably a bad move sending a level 1 to the Harrowmere with no mount…

Thrella a will be missed, there goes our only tank!
This one has enough to go ahead, but having a tank certainly wouldn't hurt your chances!
Feels like this is where Artemis dies... Medium armour cleric might be our only tank option (although to be fair he usually gets fucked up in the back row anyway)
Not really a tank but am a fighter with 19ac so could try to tank abit if needed Player Character Race/Level/Class Role PP/Survival Mount Paid Haglad Adalius Dupre Changeling Level 4 Echo Knight Fighter  Split personality knife thrower in a jester outfit....oh and mute. PP13 / +3 (Y) (Riding Horse)

Source of Stone Part 2 – A house full of Assholes! As told by Otto West   Assholes! Last time I told you about the battle with the Giant Froghemoth and how Nadia.and Uriel ran out on us like a pair of finks.   When we woke up in the morning that little asshole Hector Mullins had run off too! That left just me, the mechanical freak 3.0, Artemis and Teres.  We were breaking camp and about to head off when we saw a group of three people headed our way, turns out they were re-enforcements to help with the quest!  We were joined by some clown called Adalius a tough looking warrior called Ulag and a greasy wizard called Burglekutt. We headed off roughly North West and pretty soon hit a river.   I didn’t like how wide it looked, especially with the cold so I took us further South until we found a ford.  Figuring half my new asshole friends for klutzes, I swam across with a hunnert foot of rope on my back. Boy was it cold!  I swear I heard a couple of large clangs as my brass balls scraped the river bed but I made it out OK.   With the help of the rope the others made it across though Burglekutt and Adalius swallowed about half the river in the process. Once on the other side we headed North West again and it wasn’t long before we discovered the village of Darkshelf, conveniently situated next to the quarry we were looking for. Here some of the chatty Kathy’s in our group started talking to the villagers, who all looked like stupid assholes if you ask me.   They learnt all sorts of stuff about a missing dude called Kwan and a boss of the quarry called Bazil Grak.  There was a bunch of other stuff in the middle about trolls and giants and ogres but I kinda lost track. Eventually they stopped jabbering and it was onto the quarry at last!   We got to a large building where an Elvish lady lead us inside to talk turkey about stone prices.  It seemed to me Glyfyr was charging us way too much but maybe that’s because she’d convinced my idiot friends to leave all their weapons locked up in a store room.   I didn’t care of course because I can conjure my psychic gonnes out of anything, but for some of the others it wasn’t a real smart move. Anyway, amongst all the price haggling Artemis started asking questions about missing people and the lady got a bit nervous.  She left, telling us to wait while she got the final ok on the price from her boss.   Of course this was an excuse to spring an ambush on us and I would have told everyone excepting I was surprised like everyone else. By the time we were ready to act there were soldiers everywhere and they were pretty tough!   Artemis got beat like a red headed step child while other soldiers did their best to slap around Adalius and Teres.  I couldn’t see half of what was going on because I was stuck in a corridor with Artemis and Ulag.  Cause I’m smart I hung back and started picking off soldiers with my psycic gonnes.  Artemis managed to get a few spells off and Ulag did a ton of good work with his big-ass swords.    After a long battle most of the solider assholes were dead except for a couple who surrendered.  Then there was more talk, a lot of it.  It went so fast I couldn’t quite work out what we learnt. Something about slaves and new masters and crap like that.  Eventually we sent the surrendered soldiers back to the village and started searching a bunch of rooms from off the corridor we’d come down when we arrived.   We finally found a little bit of loot, which cheered me up.  We then explored further North and opened a door into a huge dining room full of soldiers and a big important looking asshole with a great sword. I’ll leave it there cause I’m sick of talking to y’all. .. See you later, Assholes!
Teres's Notes and Observations for Source of Stone 2 Nadia and Uriel left not long after the Froghemoth fight. I don’t blame then, Nadia looked like shit, but then again, she did just die. Luckily Burglekutt, Ulag and Adalius came to join us. Finally, some more people with vision. Castle Bentfingers may look like a dump now with a small demon problem. But think of the potential! I digress. Before reaching the Ettinheights we needed to transverse the river. Heading downstream we found a ford for safer passage across. It didn’t stop Burglekutt and Adalius from struggling. 3.0 was unstoppable as always and just walked through the river like it was nothing. The village of dark shelf quarry was nestled at the foot of the mountains. It was the town Mayor/local drunk Nayster that had the answers to our questions. So apparently a new foreman named Bazili and his elf friend Glyrthiel had taken over the quarry. The humans from the village work the day shift (man they look real tired) and the dwarves come in for the night shift. Nayster went on to say that no one was allowed to enter at night. Red flag number one. There was also another traveller by the name of Kwan that went to investigate the quarry a few weeks back, but he never returned. Red flag number two. To sweeten things up, he offered some cheap stone in exchange for finding out what is going on in the quarry and to find what has happened to Kwan. After getting all the information we could, we went to scout out the quarry. I had hoped to get some good snooping done before we drew any attention to ourselves. Artemis had other ideas and wanted to secure some stone before delving too deep into whatever was going on. No Artemis, bad, can’t you see all the red flags?! At least notice the strangely high security for a place that houses rocks. We weren’t even allowed to enter with our weapons. Naturally I hid a dagger in the usual place. Glyrtheil is the brains behind whatever operation is going on. I didn’t like her from the start. The bitch tried to rip us off, then ‘excused’ herself when we asked about Kwan. Clearly a front to get the guards to kill us. A dagger isn’t enough to do the job and most of the parties’ weapons were stashed away. Adalius and Dupre got up to their antics and made a B-line for the weapons cache. The number of guards didn’t make up for their lack of training and my desperation to get some castle renovating done. The few surviving guards surrendered and were loose lipped. I knew the elf and the dwarves were getting up to some shady shit, but it turns out that there is a full-blown slaving operation. Oh, there are more than just dwarves working. Sounds like bugbears and other humanoids are pitching in. The families of the slaves are being held hostage, which could complicate things, plus from what I can gather they are indoctrinating the slaves as well. Another piece of good news. Bazili the foreman isn’t a dwarf; he is an orc...wonderful. Catching our breath after questioning, we searched around. Looks like storage rooms and guest rooms for the most part. There is some fancy shit here. I might just help myself to this and that. Oh that would look good in the castle, yes yes. Ok back to the task at hand. Being forewarned that there are more guards further into the facility. We slowly approached the next area. Wait… Adalius is running away. Curse you Adalius with your sudden but enviable betrayal!
