Does Rollback Not Affect HTML?

Good Day, I was making edits to the HTML of my campaign in an attempt to fix some javascript problems, and accidentally overwrote the whole thing with my javascript (overwrote the HTML and roll templates), and did not realize it until after I hit save. The majority of the information I have backups of (the character sheet HTML and the Javascript), except for all of the roll templates. I attempted to roll back my campaign to yesterday, but the HTML did not revert. It stayed as it was with my most recent save. Does rollback not affect the HTML for a campaign? If so, is there any other way I can request to get back an old version of that? Thank you very much.

I'm not sure that it attempts to revert anything that is edited outside the vtt (which would exclude the custom sheet code).  This is probably Help Desk/ticket territory, to see whether that is something they can extract from their side.
Alright, I went ahead and put in a ticket, as you suggested. Fortunately, I also realized I had an old copy of the campaign with about 80% of the lost rolltemplate information in it. Even if they can't recover the full details, at least I have most of it now. I have certainly learned to keep a separate copy of that as well, along with my javascript and general HTML. Thank you very much.
