How to change [tooltip] when using [multi-sided token]?

I use the function of changing the appearance of tokens with [Rollable Table Token, (aka. Multi-Sided Token). [tooltip] remains unchanged and remains as one, making it uncomfortable. When changing the token image to Multi-Sided's "Choose Side," is there a macro or api that changes [tooltip]?

Just to be clear, you want the tooltip to change whenever you change the Side of a Multi-Sided token? You'll need an API script for that. Ask or search over in the API forum for scripts written to update the tooltip. TokenMod does it, but it will not trigger on a change of Side.
