Music always playing but not showing that it is playing.

As of this week, when i log into a game, the music is playing from the jukebox. However, it does not show that the song is playing, so i cannot pause, stop, or change the song. When i try to play a different song, the 2 songs overlap. Is there a way to force stop all audio and reset it, or is it permanently bugged for now?

Check your page settings, to make sure there is no track that is set to play on loading. It should list it anyway, but... You could also try removing the offending track from the game. If that stops it, but a subsequent re-install causes the problem to recur, try re-installing it with a different name.

Hi ! I have the exact same problem. When I log back to roll20 and launch my campaign (as a DM), the song that was playing when we finished the last session will start again, but nothing is shown as playing in the jukebox. It will play for every player that join the campaign, and there is no stop button (as the jukebox act as if nothing were playing). You can remove the track/playlist from the game and add it again and it will stop the song, but the bug will be back next session. There is no track set to play on loading on any page. However here is a workaround in the meantime : Create a page (blank or with an illustration if you want), and set play on loading to "None but stop all tracks". Use this page as an alternative Stop button for the playlist by moving the players to it. It's a cheap workaround but it's still better than removing and adding the track/playlist every time it bugs.
