Is there a way to select that the obstacles created by the dynamic lighting "Restrict Movement" ?

I've been trying to find for an to do this and haven't found a way. I know i can do it on each, but was wondering if there is a way to make it the default option. Managed to get it done by activating legacy lighting, clicking the option and then activating again as default the new ones, but then tokens won't update when dropped.

Its in the page details tab cause its used with both lighting systems and when they decided to seperate and hide legacy they moved that setting to the front tab all out of place.
