2 questions: 1) Do you have the window set for smaller than a more-ore less standard 1920 x 1080? Usually there is more than enough vertical orientation. 2) You might want to see if you still have issues after turning off whatever third party extensions you have running. I don't recognize that last icon on the toolbar?
