One's devotion to the Morning Lord must be complete if one wishes to ever glimpse even the barest outline of his shape before being consumed in the enteral light of his fiery perfection. This is an impossible measure, and he is a kind Lord, he does not expect us to truly obtain this goal. This understanding, however, shall not stay his righteous hand of judgement. A judge can fully understand that the actions of a criminal are merely a reflection of their flawed character and situation, but that doesn't not allow the judge to abdicate their duty to see justice done. Likewise, our Morning Lord shall not shirk his duty to cleanse the most devout soul along with the least pious until both are eternally pure in the inferno of his heartfire. Knowing this is our fate should not allow us to fall into complacency - it should empower us to burn even brighter in this short existence, knowing that it merely brings use closer to his perfect sooner. While our works in this life may not hold any meaning against the divine perfection of our Lord's plan, it does not mean our acts are futile and empty. Our actions may set a spark to the kindling littered around us. Our world can never mirror the divine perfection of his oblivion, but we can seek to make this world more righteous and in his image. Our acts can light a fire within our brethren, it can burn back against the darkness that clouds our vision, and we can immolate the fear that creeps throughout this imperfect world. Do not fear to make your own flesh and being a pyre if it can, even in some small way, serve the future glory of the Morning Lord.
