iPad stuck on loading screen?

Hi all, I'm using the Storm Kings Thunder module but when a player tries to log in it's stuck in the Loading... part. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari and made sure to request the mobile site but no succes so far. Any tips/tricks to get this to work? Many thanks, Chris

disable Metal so that the browsers can then start using webgl.  It'll be in safari's settings probably, or somewhere under the hood as I don't use an ipad but thats likely the problem.
