DnD 5e Player Bundle Purchase Issues

Hi I recently bought the DnD 5e Player Bundle (PHB + XGE) in the Roll20 marketplace. For some reason only the PHB is showing up in my compendium and not XGE. Also in my Game Settings I cannot check the XGE compendium because Roll20 says I do not own it, while in my marketplace it clearly states that I bought the Player Bundle. In-app I can see the content of the PHB just fine, except for the Character assets which are not under my 'Premium assets' folder. But all XGE content is not there (probably because Roll20thinks I do not own the compendium for XGE). I've already sent a request for help, but they take ages to reply. I've searched all over the internet for anything obvious but from what I've learned buying the bundle should put XGE in my compendium on Roll20. Maybe I'm overlooking something?  I only have a 'free' Roll 20 account if this is relevant information. Any help is welcome! Thanks!

Hi GordonGuitar, How long ago did you place the request? Depending on the time of day and volume of tickets, it can be overnight for a request like this (which is pretty straightforward). What shows as owned in your My Marketplace Items page?
Hi, Thanks for replying. It's already been a week since I submitted the request, so they must be swarmed over there. My Marketplace items shows the PHB and the bundle itself. (see screenshot below). I'm not sure why the PHB is shown separately, because I bought the bundle.

Thanks GordonGuitar. That's definitely long enough that something must have gone wrong. I'll see if I can direct attention to this thread. They will likely respond privately, since this is an account issue.
Hey GordonGuitar! I've taken a look into the situation and it should be resolved now. Apologies for the trouble you encountered, if you need anything else, please don't be afraid to follow up with our response to your request. Also thanks Keith, for your help here!
