Attack Macro with to results

For a self-created system, I want to make a simple Attack Macro that does the following: Show the attack roll, the result of that roll +X (X being a fixed value, not another roll), and the damage roll. Without a custom character sheet, you are limited to suing the default template . It can do what you want, but is severely limited in terms of presentation.
