A knight by the name of Sir Urso has recently come to Hope representing Baron Scrofo Sosii , whose minor kingdom on the coast that hugs the eastern edge of the Harrowmere has recently been experiencing a worrying string of disappearances. The Baron believes these disappearances are due to Green Annie , a wicked hag that dwells in the Black Fen, a swamp of smaller size than the Harrowmere, but no less danger. He has invited brave adventurers to travel down the coast via long boats he has at anchor in Hope's harbor, visit with him at his manor, and then commence their investigations in the nearby settlements of Longshores and Sandy Bottom, where the majority of disappearances have occured. He is offering the sum of 1,000 gold pieces to the party that can get to the bottom of the disappearances, with an additional bounty of 100 gold pieces for each missing person located - dead or alive. King Icarus is organizing a tour to visit the minor kingdoms under his protection beginning with this one. Mounts don't look to be required as we're going in boats. It's a water-themed expedition so anyone that has swim speed/water breathing or anything to help in the water is recommended, but feel free to come drown as anybody you like.
