Can no longer load up game due to server interruption

Bought maps off the marketplace and loaded them into the game, clicked on one of the maps now I cannot enter the game without it hanging in the loading and getting "Your connection to the server has been interrupted". I'm using firefox and windows 10. I've cleared my cache and disabled every extension on the browser. I'm using hardware acceleration. This is happening after I cleaned up the campaign by deleting several old maps we're no longer using as well. Did I just brick my year long game by paying for assets on the marketplace?

Unlikely. Marketplace content is pretty safe. It might  have something to do with deleting images, if they were placed on the page you are trying to load, but even that is pretty unlikely. Things to try: 1 Try a different browser, just to get into the campaign. If there's a problem loading that one page in FF< then you can switch here, and figure the issue out later. 2. Create a  Dummy Account  and promote it to GM. It might be able to load the game and delete the offending page. 3. Best answer, though it will take longer: collect a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ), and file a  Help Center Request . They should be able to root out whatever is causing the issue.

This:  "Your connection to the server has been interrupted".  is a very common occurrance on Roll20. Usually you just wait, and don't click anything important while the red message is displayed.  You wait, sometimes 5-10 seconds, sometimes 2 minutes. If you've been refreshing / restarting sooner than 2 minutes or so, that was too quick.  The red message is for a Temporary interruption, that is attempting to reconnect automatically in the background during the time that red message appears.

I've left it with the red server disruption box on loading for 10-20 minutes at a time and it just stays on the black loading screen. Task manager shows that tab using a huge amount of bandwidth but it makes no progress.

I left it on overnight and it managed to load the marketplace item I purchased that has been causing this trouble. I've since deleted it and many things I had been hoping to use in the campaign but at a later date and now it loads after "only" about 5 minutes of waiting. Really absurd that I need to just not use half the features and items I pay for because the site can't handle it.

Can you name the marketplace item? Unless there is an unusual circumstance, a marketplace item should not keep a game from loading. If this is indeed the case, a report would help to pin down the reason and hopefully come up with a fix. If you don't wish to say publicly, a  Help Center Request  should alert the Powers That Be.
