Non-Map Levels: Puppet Theater-like and PowerPoint (pics inside)

Two semi-related topics...I ask a question and share something I'm doing in case it's interesting. The Question: PowerPoint Is there any way to efficiently have a PowerPoint-like display/session in R20?  For example, I have a party that is attending a military briefing.  I've created the briefing in PowerPoint and yet I can't think of a good way to share it with them (so they have the experience of me being the presenter and they're listening) over Roll20.  This stuff is routine in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GotoMeeting, WebEx, etc but I realize R20 isn't a general-purpose conference tool. One thought I had was to export the pages (there's only 10 or so) as individual images and then "show to players" each one...?  Best I've come up with. The Share: Puppet Theater I've been playing around with making non-map levels for scenes where the players are having a role-playing or other interaction that doesn't require keeping track of tactics. For example, in my present campaign the players are netrunning and will visit a virtual private investigator's office.  When they do, they'll first see the office...this is a screenshot of the level on R20.  Map layer with no grid: Then a secretary appears...in other words, I move this token from the GM layer to the Tokens layer: Depending on how things go, they may be ale to summon the reluctant PI...another token appears: Etc.  This works OK, but unfortunately there are limitations because in the GM view, all the tokens appear and it can be challenging if they overlap: I'm considering making them square or round representations (like "comm channels") rather than have them overlap.

For the slide show, if create a Rollable Table with the images in the order you want, then you can make a Rollable Table Token from it, sized to the whole map, then just select the side you want.
You could use KeithCurtis' ' Theatre of the Mind ' scenes macro setup (it uses the API, so the game creator needs a Pro subscription). It sounds pretty similar to what you're already doing, but maybe seeing the idea fleshed out will help you solidify what you're looking for.

If you wanted animated transitions when you change the sides of the rollable table token, there's this trick using the SpawnDefaultToken script.

Will check out other suggestions in this thread, too!

For the overlapping tokens issue:- I assume you wont ever have them all on at the same time its just that they all appear to the GM. So you can reduce the problem by having several pages with the same background but with fewer but different tokens. Then switch the players from one page to the other dependent on who they need to see. I like the idea of this. You can also represent features in the scene with tokens and give them a tool tip. Either click and discover or turn on when some one indicates an action. E.G. "Look in the file cabinet." You turn on the file cabinet token (that looks exactly the same as the background {or now has an open draw}) so makes a tool tip available. Then i realized you are probably better using the hide the tokens in the dark trick. You have a large border around your image where the players can't see due to the wonders of lighting. Then park your tokens here and drag them in when required.
Great idea! I do something like this when characters want to flip through tv stations,
