Due to a multitude of issues, my game uses the sound over Discord. However discord works fine until I bring up the Roll20 website at which point I can no longer hear anyone else on Discord, they can hear me fine.
I suspect you have Roll20 audio enabled when you want it disabled. You can disable it for your own session in the game, and the Creator / GM can disable it for the whole game. I always disable it for the whole game when I’m the GM & Creator because I use only Discord audio.
