Most (I think) of the scripts don't care what sheet you are running. It is only ones that are preconfigured for specific sheets that you would want to avoid. Most of those mention the sheet they are intended for in the name. Before adding a script to your game, read through the description to be sure. Keep in mind that not all usable api scripts have been submitted for inclusion in the drop down. One of my favorites is Universal Chat Menu, which is only found in a forum thread.
