Player Vision Issue-Tomb of Annihilation

Currently running a campaign with a 5 man party. We ran session 1 last week no problems and then when we booted up last night, one of my players could only see a black map as if fog of war was enabled. The players ended on the same map last session and vision was not an issue this character. All other PC's had no vision issues and no matter what map I take them to, the same character sees the same dimension blacked out map. Between sessions I did not do any prep that would affect the token's vision. Player has checked on multiple devices and the issue persists, making me think it is a roll20 issue, but I cannot identify what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Already tried troubleshooting by granting the player control of another token not experiencing this issue and did not resolve

Hi Karolor the Destroyer! There's a handy checklist in the Help Center that can help track down where DL issues are occuring. It might help you fix this.

Have you tried moving the token? There’s an intermittent bug where players don’t have vision until their token is moved, after  they are logged in.
Hi all, for anyone following the thread. I realized in prepping for the session, I pulled the token onto a dynamic lighting battlemap that was different from the party. I did not realize roll20 had this feature baked in. I pulled the token back onto the correct battlemap which restored vision. Thanks everyone who provided suggestions.
