I can't open again a Handout once I close it

I recently started experiencing the problem, that Character Sheets - after opening them in a new Window, and afterwards closing them - I cannot open them again. I searched for the issue, and found it already reported - and closed because no new reporters mentioned it in the thread. This has been reported for over two years now. Someone finally found a workaround, at least. When the popped out window is the focus, refresh it instead of closing it. The window should close and be subsequently re-openable.
