Running two systems in one campaign

I'm working on creating an 'Isekai' inspired game, where players start in the real world, and end up in a fantasy world trying to get home. I want to run two different systems. One for the 'real world' and D&D 5E for the fantasy part. Is that possible in the same game (creating character sheets from two different systems)? Or would I have to create two games/campaigns?
You can only use a single character sheet template in any game.

You should create 2 games, one game per system.

Depending on how complicated your real world system is, you could build it manually in the Bio tab.

If you use the same underlying system for both, you only need one sheet. If you plan to make your own sheet, you could use one sheet for two systems, perhaps putting each on its own tab. Though this approach isnt for the faint-hearted - making a sheet is a lot of work.

I've had at least a passing thought of a custom "two-headed sheet". Toggle between sub-sheets as needed.  Each sub-sheet would probably need unique attributes. Perhaps a little attribute cross-over would work depending on the sheets used.  It would definitely inflate the total attribute count. Any obvious pitfalls?

As long as the attributes are sorted, I don't see how it would be much different than the sheets that have different PC/NPC display modes (or vehicle tabs, etc.).

As Kraynic says, its just like having a bigger sheet with more attributes. If you were combining, say, a D&D 3.5e spellcaster and a Pathfinder spellcaster, and you had a bunch of characters like this, there might be issues just because the sheets can be so big. But just having more attributes for most games isnt going to be a noticeable issue.

Hey GiGs, whatever happened with that generic sheet you were working on at one point? If I remember correctly, that generic sheet might have accommodated two systems as well, since the user could control what attributes were called, etc.  I can't remember how rolling was done, but if the players had to input their roll formula themselves, then each sheet could be completely unique.

I have had a bunch of issues since then, and havent been able to devote any serious time to roll20-ing. It's also why my torg eternity sheet is unfinished. The players did input roll formulas-  the idea was that the GM would set up one sheet with all necessary stats and rolls set up, save it as a template, then all new characters would just be copies of that sheet set up and ready to go.
