Repeating Order is different between UI and API

With the items reordered, execute the following command from the chat. The UI will return the values in the order of the character sheet. I realized another possibility. It happens even not sorted case. Is the API sorted case-insensitively and the UI sorted case-sensitive?

Tested spell names on character sheet as sn0~sn9 in display order. From the results of running this code, we can see that the API and UI are different in terms of case sensitivity. UI sendChat is case-sensitive and reorders. API sendChat is case-insensitive and reordered.
