my game dumped the contents of the folders

when I logged into my game all of my character sheets and handouts were dropped from their folders (which still exist and have their subfolders organized), I have tried multiple times to use the rollback feature to to fix this issue but it did not help. The game is The World of Elama I saw another user have this issue fixed by a member of the roll20 team  Here
