From the Feb2 update : [On] the Roll20 Marketplace, qualifying bundles will only charge customers for items they don't already own. Non-qualifying bundles have been renamed to "packages" So if it's a bundle, "yes", if it's a package, "no". If there's a problem or confusion though, Roll20 is pretty liberal with its return policy.
