Cannot edit new character.

I just joined a game for DnD and while trying to set up my character, I cannot access it even though the DM can and he gave me permissions, but the journal tab remains empty to me and I cannot even move the token on the grid when he placed it down.

Make sure the GM has checked both permissions fields (there are two, for different permissions), and that the token (once placed on the VTT, verify this)  represents the character.
