Can't see charter sheets or move tokens

I have been using Roll 20 for a few months now and im in the middle of a campagain. Well no one can see there charater sheets or move there tokens. I had to enable "show to all players" for them to be able to see them. Adding them to the can be controled by, is not working. Also if I move the charter from the tab to the sheet to make a token, the token can not be moved by any one but the GM. If a player moves there own charater to the sheet then it can be moved. I dont know what happend in the last update but my Roll 20 is not working well. I want to be able to set up maps and place the players so they can just start. I dont want to have them do it every map. It just makes the game move faster if in not wating on people to place toekens.

Other things to check: Make sure everyone is on the correct layers. Make sure  both  permissions are set on a character sheet. "In journal" and "can edit". Make sure the tokens on the table are still correctly set up. Many people have run into problems with incorrectly setting up a default token, doing steps out of order which leads to default tokens without the correct permissions. saving as default should be the last step. Any subsequent edits to the setup should be saved as a replacement default token. Here are some sources for token setup.
