Blank Turn Tracker

I had put in a Help Centre request and had it 'resolved' (quite quickly I might add) but the resolution (removing all the items on the turn tracker) did not resolve the issue. So, I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this issue? It happens in both my games for all players, not just me. We've not had this problem before. We rolled initiative at the end of the previous session (as a cliff-hanger). I went into the game and opened the turn tracker to check something and it was blank . As GM, it shouldn't matter which page I'm on to see the items on the tracker. Also, this was in Chrome. When I checked in Firefox, the items were visible. After the Help Centre 'resolution', I had to manually add the tokens to the turn tracker. At game time, after my players were logged in I moved the player ribbon to the battle map (as usual), popped out the turn tracker and it was blank for everyone! This time, it was blank in Firefox as well. We've discovered a couple things that fixes it; Rolling initiative for a token  Moving myself to another page and back to the battle map where initiative was rolled. Not sure what's going on but we'll see if this issue keeps coming up.
Are you running one of the scripts for the turn tracker?  I do not see this at all in my sessions and I do not use any combat api scripts nor do I use the third party tools with their archaic combat script.

No scripts, extensions, etc. Just roll initiative from sheet (D&D 5E from Roll20) or token action macro which calls the function from the sheet. Manually opening/closing/ordering turn tracker. There was an update with Turn tracker affecting API.

Last night I found I could restore my Turn Tracker to normal by clicking any of the sorting options. For example, during prep I rolled initiative for the monsters, then exited the game. Launching the game again th Turn Tracker was blank, but if I sorted it Ascending all the entries reappear and work correctly.
I believe you need an API like combat master to pause the Turn Tracker and kept it from resetting on restart.

I'll try the sorting option - thanks!
