Hidden Save macro

I've been watching a YouTube livestream from older episodes and the DM has a "hidden save" button that appears to be a macro where he has a token selected and then it prompts him to enter the ability score for the save and then the DC.  The output in the chat visible to all players is "monster name" failed one save or made one save.  This is for a 5e D&D game. Does anyone know what macro this is and where to find it?

It could be the Group Check script. Do you have a time stamp to the Youtube video? Folks here might be able to tell by looking.

It sounds like just a /em macro honestly, group check is a template, hes' describing /em.  Although if its not /em, then its probably group check with the apply damage scriptlet attached.  I know that asks for all that minus the creatures name, but it spits it out as a template not an emote.
