Next steps: How do I get a charactersheet posted on github and published to roll20

I have the CS nearly to my satisfaction in my Pro account, and have friends who want access to it but don't have a pro account. I have looked at the instructions for publishing, but honestly, Github confuses the hell out of me, I have no clue how to get anything up there or how to get it published to roll20 so others can access it. Or if such a thing is even possible for a user to do. if it is convenient for anyone, any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
