Recently I was running a battle during a campaign and being new to roll 20, me and my group could not figure out how to allow the players to see an basic enemy token's values(Red, Green, Blue bubbles). I tried adding the character to all players journals but that did not work either. What do i need to do to allow players to see an enemy NPC's bubble values?
