I've never posted on the Roll20 community before so I hope this is the right place to do this.  I'm about to start an Old World of Darkness / Classic World of Darkness / Storyteller System game (pick your poison on what you call it) and I threw together some macros by standing on the shoulders of giants who came before me (ie: I read a lot of other community posts.)  As there were only a handful of posts with complete macro lists being used by STs of OWOD or VTM or V20 games, I thought I'd share what I'm using - again all credit to the wonderful folks here at the community forums.  I just put together bits and pieces I learned from all of you.  They're not super pretty and only two of them use templates but I think they should get the job done when we sit down to finally do some dice rolling.   If anyone has suggestions on how I could improve on these or make them more visually appealing, please hit me up.  My goal was to put something together that wouldn't require my players have to constantly open their sheets to do basic/common rolls - something that would prompt them to choose all the necessary stuff and ask them if they were using anything to get bonuses such as blood and willpower as well as add those exploding dice for specialties. Now - I haven't yet tried to make my own templates or used the api stuff just yet but if I do in the future, I'll come back and reply to this thread with what I did so you can use it too.  :) These macros require you're using the OWOD Storytelling System Vampire 20th aka V20 Sheets and that you put the Linguistics Ability in the first available spot under Knowledges (or remove the linguistics skill from the macros below.) A token must be assigned to a sheet and selected for these macros to work.
