Hi Glar Rimal! What is "Mapping Dungeons"? The name of a game? A module? More detail or explanation would be helpful.

I get that. But "Mapping Dungeons" is a reference that should be clarified. If the reference is simply a game name, that should be filed in a  Help Center Request . If it's a product or asset that when used to create or enhance a game causes it to become unable to load, that's also something that should be clarified and put into a  Help Center Request . But more info leads to better answers, maybe even some that we other users can answer here in the forums.

He's referring to the nonsense messages Roll20 cycles through while loading. "Mapping Dungeons" is one of the messages.  e.g. "Recalculating splines... Hatching dragons... Opening planar transport... Mapping dungeons... etc etc"

Well now I feel foolish... :D Yeah, I never read those because they are just flavor text.  Help Center Request  is the best way to go.

If yes, try switching to light mode on your system and clear cache / cookies in your Browser. Others have problems connecting, too and it seems to be related... Other than that since roll20 changed the way campaigns and resources are loaded into the game this can also be a reason. Do you have any extensions enabled in your Browser that might affect Roll20?

I had the same issue, but went through the process of upgrading the UDL (via the Change Lighting option on the games menu) and that fixed it.  Not sure why.
