If someone creates a campaign and I join, and the original GM makes me a co-GM of that campaign - can I copy maps from my campaign into theirs with Transmorgifier (sp?) ?

I don't believe so, as that has the possibility to run into copyright infringement.

The transmorgifier only works on the campaigns that the mentor created. In your question you ask if you could use it to copy a map from your account and place the copy in another person's account. No you can not do that. Now you can copy from a campaign you created and place it into another campaign you created. I hope that helps some.
