Images and Maps is not loading

Hey! Images and maps are not loading for me and some players in my group. I'm getting the same message on an asset I bought on the marketplace is a animated portal. It was loading fine but a week ago it stop loading and i get the following messages:

For problems like this, it is better to file a&nbsp; Help Center Request &nbsp;and create a ticket. The forums have moved more towards community assistance.

Agreed on the Help Center Request. My only suggestion as a random community member would be to clear the cache and cookies and reload, and see if that somehow fixes the problem.
