Every sheet I have ever made has been (mostly) reset. I lose HP, Levels, Stats, skills and a few other things but the sheet keeps feats and weapons. This includes games I am a player in and games where I DM. Player character sheets and NPC sheets alike. This would normally just be annoying, but whenever I go in to fix the sheet and close the game its associated with, it resets again losing all the same information as before and when i open the sheet i get a prompt as if it were a brand new sheet. Other players that I am in games with don't have this problem. For example, I can look at one of my players sheets and its reset but when they look at their sheet its totally fine and looks normal. I mainly use Firefox but this problem carries over to Chrome and to mobile roll20. I'm frankly stumped. I have submitted a help request to roll20 and am still awaiting a response. This only seems to be a problem for Pathfinder games. I tested a game using dnd 5th and did not get this problem. all information stayed. I have also tried making a brand new roll20 account using a different browser (though on the same machine) creating a new campaign and testing the sheets there but they still reset the same way after refreshing roll20. Any help would be much appreciated!
