Mordenkainen Monsters of the Multiverse

So I pre-ordered this a while ago. In the marketplace it shows that I own it and have purchased it. However it is not showing up as purchased in my compendium sharing or in the web compendium as being available either. It is showing up in my marketplace purchased items also. Does anyone know of a solution for this?

Same problem here. Looking at the Marketplace Item listing, it states across the top a pink-boxed "You do not own this item." Below, in the purchase box, it states: "OWNED." MMM does not show up in my Compendium or the drop-down list of Add-Ons in my created games.
With such a big project it looks like it like to minimize issues they are releasing over the next few hours as the release notes says.

As above I pre-ordered this and while it has turned up as available when I go into my game and try to access the content to drag a monster to the map they're not there - but it does seem to have duplicated all the previous monsters in there with Volos and Tome of Foes stat blocks. If I search the compendium for"multiverse" it brings up the book but won't let me move monsters to the current game.

If I search the compendium for"multiverse" it brings up the book but won't let me move monsters to the current game. Can you give a specific example with reproduction steps? I seem to be able to move either version into a game, but am not sure what data to look for. If it's a case of trying to overwrite an existing Volos monster in a game with a MMOM version, that won't work if they have the same name (in order to protect any homebrew or modifications you may have made within a game.)
The Dungeon Father, might this be what you are encountering? When you search for a monster in the compendium, say the choker, do you get (at least) two results, one for MMOM and one for VGM or MToF? And when you click on the MMOM one you get the source defaulting to the earlier book? Because that's what's happening with me--I have to manually change the source to view the MMOM stat block (which in the case of the choker, lacks the bludgeoning damage portion of its attack that is present in the MToF version). That said, dragging the MMOM version of the choker onto the VTT gives me the choker with the MMOM stat block--once I have deleted or renamed any "choker" characters from the journal that use the old stat block. Does that help at all, The Dungeon Father, or are you experiencing a different issue? Here's another, minor issue: at present, if I click on "Monsters" in the compendium, and then click "Filter Results," MMOM is not yet present as an option when filtering by source. (And, incidentally, the "No Language" bug is still present ... but now I am straying far afield from the original topic.)
I'm using the bheur hag as my test as I know the differences between the two versions but both of the ones listed in the compendium show the Volos stats block and neither give an option to change source.

That's interesting, The Dungeon Father! (And annoying; I'm sorry you're experiencing this.) So, when you search for bheur hag, do you get two copies with "VG1" next to the name? Or do you get VG1 and MMOM, but the MMOM one defaults to Volo's (as mine does) and when you scroll up you're missing the source drop down menu? If you do have a "MMOM" version listed in the results, and you have no other characters named "bheur hag" in your journal when you drag out the "MMOM" bheur hag, do you still generate a character with the wrong stat block? When I drag out the MMOM bheur hag, I generate a character in the journal with the MMOM bheur hag stat block--multiattack, frost shard and all. Edit: Yay! I'm glad things worked themselves out.
Hi Sarah, whatever the issue was it seems to have corrected itself now - have just gone back in and the two versions have mmom and vgt beside them and they let me drag and drop onto the screen which neither were doing before, The MMoM one is dropping with the correct statblock now too.
Hi people, same problem here. I also don't see many monsters from the compendium, plus I cannot select MMOM from the Filter Results. It's a general issue, or just some cases?

Thanks for the direct link it is working well to access the compendium via the web. One big thing I've noticed is that the Stat Blocks are all missing Bonus Actions if the monsters have them. They're in the plain text, but not included in the actual stat block.

Semi-related: I see the VG1 version of the monster and the MtoM version of the monster in the compendium. When I click either one, I get the VG1 version of the page popping up. I have to manually select MtoM from the dropdown. It would really be nice if, when I clicked the MtoM version in the compendium, the MtoM version was already selected for me.
