Hiya! I've been playing DnD for a bit now, mostly on 3.5e, but crossing onto 1e Pathfinder when it suits the DMs. I like the complexity of combat that tabletop generally offers, but I think it better shines as an outlet for cooperative storytelling- and such is my focus. Despite this, I don't have strong desires or demands about the setting or system (Though I do like to design my characters to fit in it), so long as it provides a plot for characters to interact and grow (And hopefully die, 'cause reinforcing the mortality of a violent life is sick ).
for modules I'm familiar with; Fantasy Grounds, Roll 20, microsoft excel, T H E E V E R E X P A N S I V E I N T E R N A L P R O G R A M M I N G O F O U R C O L L E C T I V E B R A I N, they're all just a style of play, no preference.
I don't mind any homebrew so long as it doesn't trivialize the game; most of the fun that comes from the system is the problem solving, so I prefer to work within limitations instead of being spoiled by . That being said, Paizo also thinks this is fun: https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/suppress-regeneration-combat-teamwork/ -Which stinks of incompetence that only the smell of a well grounded brew can truly fix.
oh-oh-oh, also, I write a bit. just a bit... just a bit more than a bit; https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GfrJaNuJ41MR1ty0BOaqo0O7xJD06TNwGuhKxBCxF7M/edit?usp=sharing
^ Is an example of my character notes, about 3% of it is backstory context so my DM has tools to easily incorporate the character into party's current goal.
