A beginner-level adventure module for Chaosium’s Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game.
Intended for groups of up to five players, The Lightless Beacon is specifically designed to build confidence in new players with a short adventure, and includes four pregenerated characters for quick-start play. The storyline involves a group of investigators who are shipwrecked and washed ashore on Beacon Island, a rocky outcrop in the Atlantic Ocean which is home to an ominously dark lighthouse.
Beginner players can expect a learning environment for Call of Cthulhu. Experienced Players can expect growing tension and suspense as the Horror of the Lighthouse grows.
