Looking to Hire Coder to make custom character sheet

Hi I'm personally as inept as you can possibly be when it comes to  coding, even the most basic of instructions fall flat when it comes to me, but I need a completely custom sheet for a new system I'm making. I don't know how to go about hiring someone for this and I'm not even sure anyone would reply here for such an offer. 

Of course i understand the risks associated with this, and am willing to pay half upon accepting the job and the remainder upon completion. 

The sheet itself doesn't need to be detailed, it just needs to work. Id prefer it to not look awful, but Il take what I can get. 

If anyone did have any information on where to better hire someone for such a job, that information is greatly appreciated.

I'll post a link to this thread on roll20's discord group channel frequented by a number of sheet authors that take on commissions.  I can't say if you'll get a response, but it can't hurt to get a little more exposure.  Just to help any potential prospects, you might share a little more info about the system/sheet.  ie Is it based on a known system or sheet?  Maybe "functional expectations"?
