I can't even believe I have to write this. There have been several threads about this issue that have been "closed" with no solution. I have been dealing with this error for a year now. If I try to log in to the web page I get a black screen that states "forbidden". When I scroll to the bottom of the page and click the very small "login" link, I can actually log in however. When I contacted customer support about this they responded " Cool glad you found a workaround...." That was a year ago!? What kind of tech support answer is that!?? Yes our web page is broken but we dont care to fix it? Does anyone know how to fix this? Clearing Cache doesn't work, firefox,safari, chrome, none of them work, turning off trackers doesn't fix it etc etc.
