Dynamic Lighting not working on a second map?

Hello, I've been trying to prepare for a game tomorrow and Dynamic Lighting is working fine on one map but when I try to do it on another map, it's all or nothing, not even the torches work. I have the same exact settings enabled and everything.

Cause if not, you can enable everything for tokens, torches etc. but it will not work... ^^
