Music disapparition

Help !! When I logged on my game tonight, ALL my playlists, every single sound had disappeared from the jukebox... Only the subfolders remain, but nothing inside. It had taken hours and hours to select and download and classify all of them... I'm so pissed !! Any idea what may have caused this ? I had installed several addons a few days before... can it be linked ? More important : do you think it can be reversible ?

If your tracks do not appear on said link you need to file a help center request. what addons did you use?

Thanks for your answer ! Yes, they're all here, but no longer in my jukebox. A lot were also from Tabletopaudio or Battlebards. Problem is I don't exactly remember which ones. It had taken a long time to listen, sort them, add them all to the game and organize them in the subfolders... I used a few addons. Mainly the Tales from the Yawning Portal, but also&nbsp; Adventures on a Dime,&nbsp; The Camp Clearwater Massacre,&nbsp; Burn Bryte,&nbsp; Dynamic Lights &amp; Spells Addon,&nbsp; The Festival of Emerelda.

My guess is The Festival of Emerelda. It's the only one with audio content. I would not think that that should overwrite any of your existing audio, but you might want to confirm and see if you can get a rollback by filing a&nbsp; Help Center Request . I'll see what I can do to direct attention here.

You also have the option to sort tracks in playlists there, so if you have done that and all playlists still exist with all tracks then you can just re-add the playlists to your game...
