Ensure that the player is using a supported browser, that they are not running an extension that prevents scripts from running, and that they are not simply seeing areas revealed under explorer mode. (You can reset explored areas using the Darkness Tool in the left hand toolbar).
He tried with Edge and with Firefox, and the same problem appears... :( I tried also to reset unseen areas, no changes. That's the first time I see this problem since I used roll20 :/

Check to see if they have WebGL enabled on their browser, maybe. Other possibilities: Make sure they are only assigned control of their own token, and that they do not have permissions on other tokens. Ultimately, the only way to be absolutely sure is to have them (not you) capture a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request .
We're having this issue also quite regularly with one of our players. the only solution we found was to change computer unfortunately...and everything is fine now. We uipgraded ram (up to 32go), switched browsrs, checked extensions, checked with or without graphical acceleration enabled...played on rj45 instead of wifi, erased the character and recreated it... no solution worked We think that it might be a graphical incompatibility with the nvidia card.... we looked thoroughly and that's the only solution we found... Especially when all the solutions given by devs or other forum members never helped in anyway.
In our group, the player with full sight played on another players computer that had proper vision.  She also had full sight on the other computer.   Therefore not the computer, browser, apps or our local setup.

That issue sounds like something specific to that player, then. Do thy have full sight on a brand new map with only their token on it? It's possible they are set up as a controller to other tokens on the page that are providing sight. Or possibly, they have GM privileges for some reason.
