I had this happen 3 times with 2 players. It was spontaneous and they could see the whole map ignoring dynamic lighting. I deleted their avatar on the map and then placed it back again and it didn't change his vision. The only solution was when he refreshed his entire browser and it resolved the dynamic lighting issue.
