cannot export characters into game based on marketplace module

So I just finished The Master's Vault and want to move my players' characters to Lost Mine of Phandelver. I see a lot of references to how most (or all) marketplace modules should allow "All-Access Vault" mode even if I don't have an upgraded membership, and one wiki page (<a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/My_Vault#Character_Vault" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/My_Vault#Character_Vault</a>) references specifically that Phandelver should have All Access Vault enabled. But when I go to my character vault, it doesnt give me the option to export any characters to a new game with that module. Has something changed? Am I doing something wrong? If I have to pay for a subscription, so be it, but I just want to make sure I'm not messing up the other option before I spend more money.

The wiki is community-maintained, and is not to be considered an official source. A lot of the wiki pages will have a link to the official Help Center articles. In this case, Character Vault . In this case, the bit about modules containing All Access by default is based on a misunderstanding and is old data. The Help Center page will explain the feature authoritatively. At this point, as a free subscriber, you have Limited Vault access, which means you can export from your own game, and import into a game created by a subscriber (assuming they have allowed it). A Plus subscription is the minimum necessary for you to do what you want to do. Your options are: 1) Upgrade to Plus, even for just a month, to get the characters in. Note that a Plus subscription gets you Dynamic Lighting and other perks. 2) Re-create the characters in the new game. This is not that hard to do for just a handful of PCs. Just a minor annoyance.
