Infinite loading on my Chrome account, perfectly fine on anyone else's and incognito?

Hi there everyone!&nbsp; I have been unable to open Roll20 on my personal chrome account for about a week now, but it still appears to work just fine on my laptop if I am using another Chrome account, guest Chrome account or an incognito window. The problem only appears to be with my personal account.&nbsp; I found a few other threads with similar issues and followed their instructions to no avail. I've deleted any adblockers that I had and while I do have a few other extensions, none of them should be able to interfere with Roll20 in this way. Hi Emily! If it works in an incognito window, the odds are that it is some setting specific to your account that is getting in the way. Did you try deleting all cache and cookies? Otherwise, the best thing to do is send that console log in a&nbsp; Help Center Request . Hopefully the dev team can figure out the issue from that info.
