Pro subscription vanished, also can't renew?!?

I've been a Pro subscriber for years. Even used it as recently as last night. Now tonight (when I'm supposed to be running again) I somehow don't have a Pro account anymore (only Free), and it gives me an error when trying to pay to go back to Pro: " There was a problem creating your subscription. Your card has not been charged. Please try again or contact us via the  Help Center. " I can't run my game tonight without my extra features. Have gotten no responses to my help ticket.

It’s mostly community help here, so the Help Center is your best bet. It sure sounds like your account has got messed up somehow.

Do you have a Free test account? This sounds like an ideal time to create one and have it join your games. For example, my test account uses my Microsoft account email instead of my Google account email and I use it to troubleshoot.

I had the same exact issue about a month ago and also had to work with Support to get my Pro account status back during an irregular point in the billing period.  Perhaps the issue is more widespread and we all individually assumed the problem was isolated?  Posting in case there are others.
