Purchasing Compendiums without purchasing full Bundles for D&D Content

I personally own several books for the games I am running, using maps and tokens of my own choosing for a home brew campaign, I would like to use the Charactermancer and access compendiums for building characters without needing to micromanage abilities and features for players that aren't in the srd. Would happily purchase the compendium however I am at a loss realistically swallowing the price tag purchasing whole bundles for the D&D compendium content alone.

Some of the books are almost entirely compendium content: Monster Manual, PHB. Some only have a few backgrounds or spells: Curse of Strahd. You are suggesting a way to for example, pay a reduced price and get the compendium features of Curse of Strahd, without purchasing the whole adventure?
Essentially Yes. Artists should be paid yes, but at the end of the day there is no way to buy just the backgrounds/classes/races/spells without the rest of the content. When you go to the marketplace to purchase content for DND, the list them as bundles. Let's take the expansion Mythic Odysseys of Theros as an example. You buy the bundle and get the Compendium, the adventure module, and the character art. Why is there not an option just to have the Character sheet builder options from the compendium. I get spending 30 bucks to have a whole campaign prepped with tokens, maps, plots. But to make a character alone from the way Roll20 works I am at the least spending upwards of 120USD for digital lines of text and plugins.
Like why make the fanfare of selling it as a bundle without allowing the base contents to be purchased individually, it's absurd.

It's worth a Suggestion in the Suggestion forum, but implementation would be a lot more complicated than just flipping a switch. There would need to be a lot of code changed and tested, marketplace re-structured, likely deals re-brokered and so on. Maybe with the partnership with One Book Shelf we may begin to see stuff like this. It would be nice.
