Basically title, can't access the sliders its on 5e character sheet by Roll20 I tried different browser and didn't work, the Character sheet for 5e which has the same possibilities works fine (ESPER GENESIS?)

Confirmed. That's definitely not working right. I'll make a report, and if you want to also file a  Help Center Request , it could add attetnion.
