Tales from the Loop character sheet bug - chat shows correct dice but 3D dice adds +1 die

I'm not sure where to send this bug. Hopefully someone here can help. My friends and I just started playing Tales from the Loop on Roll20. We're using the character sheet created by Free League and all have the 3D dice option enabled. Whenever we click a skill to make a roll, the number of dice displayed in the sidebar chat is correct but there is always +1 die displayed with the visual 3D dice. For example, if I have a total of 4 dice, the chart will list 4 dice as being rolled, but 5 3D dice will appear. The number on the extra die could randomly be any number from 1 to 6 and is may or may not be a duplicate of another die. Is this something I can/should correct myself, or is there a proper bug reporting procedure I should be following? Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help.

Hi Keith, Not sure if this is the cause, but this is a known pitfall on roll20 when mixing roll templates and 3d dice together.  Both key off of all dice being rolled at the time the roll is sent to chat.  While ALL the dice are rolled, roll templates can do some basic logic on those rolls and determine what to hide/show in chat based on the results. This is coded into the sheet and cannot be changed outside of custom coding a sheet. This can result in discrepancies between the # of 3d dice seen(ALL) and the roll template results(SOME) revealed in chat.  ;-( For the record, chat results should always trump 3d dice, but that's up to your group. Hope this helps.

To add to Vince's rolls: Rolls built into a character sheet often use a trick to make the rolls work properly, and that trick is to roll one or more extra dice secretly/ They only get shown under certain circumstances, but the 3D features doesn't know about the trick and displays all dice rolled, even those meant to be hidden. So it's probably not a bug, just a feature of the sheet that isn't compatible with 3D dice.
Thanks for the helpful replies!
