I think some of you are overreacting a little bit; this is clearly an unintended bug. That being said, it is extremely frustrating, hard to look at, and they should make it priority #1 to fix it as soon as possible. Luckily, I did find a pretty easy work around to fix it. In inspect element, if you find "color-surface 1" in the section modifying the page toolbar, you can uncheck it to fix the color. If you do that, it'll be good until you refresh or close the page. If you hover over all the lines, but can't find the one for the page toolbar, try right clicking and inspecting it a second time.
